    I was in two minds about giving the seller a neutral feedback. One of the items was meant to come with a remote control, but didn't, and wasn't mentioned in the description either. What was I meant to do without a remote?!! The other side of the story is I was offered a full refund, which I straight away refused because the item had already arrived, but was given a full refund nonetheless. I have no doubt that the seller is a genuine seller, but curiosity corner has left me "curious".

    So much for Evri's two day delivery service, more like two weeks, and box was all soaking wet too. None of this had anything to do with the seller though. The item was undamaged due to it being well wrapped in bubble roll and was as described condition wise. Aside from the courier service very happy with my purchase and the seller. ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🙂

    My purchase didn't arrive through no fault of the seller was royal mail that was a let down and lost in transit, the seller had great communication with me at all times, I asked if it could be sent out again but the seller hadn't had a replacement and kindly refunded me, great seller great communication, bad credit to the royal mail delivery service's
