Would be cautious about ordering again from seller due to this - however they did send the rest of the order I had paid for very quickly and first class.     I'm sorry you feel his way, we apologised for our mistake. We sent the rest of the order Royal Mail 1st Class immediately once we were told there wer items missing and the items were still received in plenty of time for the party. We are only human and mistakes happen very rarely.
