The unfortunate victim of a crushed box, and the irony is that it was crushed right next to the sticker that said to be careful and do note crush. While I taped the product box back together, I wish the company it was shipped through handled with better care. Still happy the puzzles were packaged in tact, but seller should definitely reassess who they ship through.
