  Aloha so the item that was shipped USPS snail mail had a damage box and when I went to use the unit, there is a small defect that was caused by USPS not being careful with shipping. I contacted the seller. The seller was awesome offered to take the unit back right away.But because they were so quick and their response and so easy to deal with I took the unit apart, snap the piece back into place and it works perfectly.
