I obtained my Black Belt in Northern Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu in 1985 training under Master Chris Elerker. It was at this time that I first became aware of Dit Da Jow using it to heal bruising during limb knocking and other forms of conditioning training. In 1997 I had a serious spinal injury and moved away from hard arts into Qigong and Tai Chi which I still practice and enjoy today. In 2004 I completed 4 years training in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Northern College of Acupuncture. In 2007 I completed 3 years training in Chinese Herbal Medicine at Shulan School of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the supervision of Professor Shulan Tang. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and a full time practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine I have also trained in advanced spinal manipulation with Osteon at the London School of Osteopathy and specialise in the treatment of back, neck and
