    Shockingly bad service. The item I ordered never arrived. Having chased the seller, it still never arrived (although they have a habit of marking items as dispatched when clearly they haven’t been). Requested a refund instead. Seller ignored my request. I asked eBay to step in and the seller promised a refund. The refund never arrived. Avoid like the plague!

    The ordered product Cat food did not arrive, for which I am very sorry. If it is the supplier's fault, I recommend changing the courier company because EVRI cannot be tracked on the route. The big plus is that the money was returned and, what surprised me, I received compensation in the form of 1.5 kg of cat food. So the seller is reliable.
