We ordered form China some items too from different seller and shipping time does not take almost 1 month, usually 10-16 days.   Great seller, refunded purchase price due to postal dispute that severely delayed shipment without prompting. When it did arrive the Battery was exactly as described, arrived well packaged and was promptly despatched. China Posts' tracking takes a few days to catch up to location but was generally good too. genuinely impressed. I know where I'm buying laptop batteries if I need them again! And yes I paid through paypal.
