  Item not as described so sent it back in the original packaging. Seller was offering me partial refunds to try to get me to keep it. The quality is horrible and is too flimsy to even attempt to put around a dogs neck. Sent it back as soon as I looked at it and the seller had the nerve to say that it had residue on and been used my dog was in the vet hospital having another operation when I got this and decided to return. Luckily I had already sent pictures beforehand. Scammers
