    This item was not delivered. Promptly refunded. However seller then later advised that it had been returned as unable to deliver. There was no attempted delivery to me. I requested that he sent me an offer to buy it at original price paid. No response. I followed up on this, to be told that had relisted at original price and not prepared to offer at the reduced price I paid with another lot of postage. This was non of my fault! This is not what I expect from a so called "Top Ebay Seller".

    Your negative feedback is unwarranted. I passed on the information I had received from my local post office that told me the reason you had not received the item was that they had been unable to deliver..they did not tell me why. I, at no time, questioned whether any attempt had been made to deliver it to you. I also explained that as I had already paid one postage fee I could not afford sell the item at the lower price. I have asked ebay to remove the negative feedback as its incorrect
