    Arrived on time and any question i had was replied to very promptly.Was even offered compensation for 2 damaged panels,but like i said to seller,bit of extra care packaging them would help.Plus was able to cut them near damaged areas to use behind the bathroom sink.So all good and reasonable price compared to most DIY stores so even though couple damaged still satisfied with overall experience and seller was good and offered to rectify but no need to as still did my job

    Happy with the panels & as described.Well packaged.Only issue was the delivery gets updated to 7days from 2 to 3days which is misleading on the ad.Their reason was problems with the courier they are using.Instead was going to use their own delivery team in 7days which wasn't acceptable for me.Had to message the seller and tell them I needed my orders earlier which they agreed & had to risk using the quicker option of the courier.

    Firstly, great value products! My supplier wasn’t able to deliver ceiling boards for my project, so I ordered from DBS. When advised of the expected delivery date, I messaged DBS to see if they could deliver more quickly to avoid my contractor losing time due to the lack of materials. Whilst not their issue, DBS pulled out all the stops to get my delivery to me earlier. Considering that this was a small order, then their service and communication has been outstanding. Highly recommended!

    First package was delivered damaged. Couriers fault completely. The item was packed well and covered in fragile tape. Contacted to report the damage and replacements were sent immediately and recieved in perfect condition. Every contact was replied to immediately and I will definitely be using again in future. Highly recommend this seller!
