However, something as small as a charging plug shouldn't take 10 days to arrive. 3 maybe, not 10. Only info received was from courier some 7 days after seller claimed it had been posted. Information directly from the seller to explain the delay would have helped rather than radio-silence. Luckily, I located a USB port and an alternative lead I could use to charge my phone with whilst waiting for the plug to arrive. Moral here is COMMUNICATE.
