    Horrible customer service. I ordered on 25th December it’s now 14th January. They won’t reply. They won’t deliver. They keep saying next week then don’t send anything. I asked ebay to intervene, but they asked me to retract this in order for them to deliver (shady tactics so that ebay doesn’t give me a refund) I’m going to contact my card provider DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

    This company waited 1 week before despatch then arranged 2 days before delivery for it to come Friday then because I missed the call decided not to deliver at all!! I was on night shift not everyone can answer their phone all the time... My partner was expecting delivery I asked for refund and was ignored AVOID!!! THEY DON'T USE ROYAL MAIL EITHER AS STATED JUST RUDE HELPERS
