    Incorrect listing details meant seller sent me wrong rug, and it was left to me to clearly point out to seller their listing mistake. Health issues made return difficult so - to be fair to seller - they did arrange for a courier to collect item from my home address but due to ongoing medical appointments I could not pre-arrange a suitable date for collection so reluctantly decided to keep rug sent to me, even though it was not the one I ordered or paid for. Very unsatisfactory transaction
