  The item arrived today in line with the quoted delivery date. When the delivery driver tried to get the box out of the van the bottom of the box came open and the bike slid to the floor. I checked the item in front of the delivery driver and it did not seem to sustain any damage. The box it arrived in however was not sealed properly and it also had signs of damage to the outside, it had been bashed about, probably in the van.

  Hi I ordered this item about 3weeks ago just had it put up and you sent the smaller one which wasn't what I paid for this item is £96 pd not 110.that I paid disappointed as it was larger one I needed that small one not suitable but up now I need a refund
