    When I opened the package I was so surprised at how beautiful a product this is. It was delivered in perfect condition and before the date expected.     The shower pan although advertised as "used" was never used before or even installed. It was really an open box unit. The ANZZI staff was incredibly helpful in contrast with Ebay. This pan is a quality item and looks better than I imagined. I should feel a bit guilty because I got it as such a great price, but it was a fair bargain and I can live with that! :-D
