    Came in another box, tape was cut open All the pieces were loose in the box instead of putting them a zip lock bag ? I hope it’s all there ?

    I do apologize. I meant to put the puzzle pieces in a ziplock bag but forgot. All the pieces are there. I opened the box but never got around to putting them together so it is a brand new puzzle. If you wish to return please let me know.

    Really like the fabric, beautiful and fine quality. Would be better to have it more protected within the envelope it was packaged in. Glad it arrived undamaged. Shipping time was good.

    Sorry you feel that way. I used a tyvek envelope which is rated to resist tearing, puncturing and water damage, which is better than a corrugated box or a plastic bag.
