  Shoes are nice and as described, box did come damaged. I asked for an exchange for a bigger size which they wouldn’t do (took a while to reply to me) but as I paid partly with a voucher I would be left out of pocket on a return as eBay won’t refund vouchers!! ended up reselling on another platform for a loss and ordered the size I needed directly from NB store. You just don’t get the same customer service as buying from a store and I wouldn’t order again an item of this nature from eBay.
