I had wrongly assumed the remote control would be included even though it was not shown in the photos as the device was advertised as having had little use. I checked with the seller if it had been omitted by mistake, which I hadn't,.and was offered either a full refund or an offer to contribute to the cost of a new remote. I subsequently found one and the seller covered the cost. I cannot fault this seller.

  This seller is bang on. I bought a Bose Wave, which was a good price and arrived quickly. One day after I got it the unit stopped picking up the remote, confirmed by buying a replacement. There was no problem getting a full refund, postage paid etc. A genuinely top quality service, I would buy from this seller again with full confidence, highly recommended.
