    The item was not delivered as the seller found it to be damaged. After the expected delivery date had passed, I contacted the seller and received a refund. It would have been useful to have been advised of the cancellation when the fault was discovered. However, the seller was very helpful in respect of the refund.

    The diagram showed a pod for a machine wash but when it came it was a pouch for a hand-wash.Did contact seller a few times but he just said it was my fault basically and I had ordered the wrong size.Very misleading,not happy.Did offer to return but that would cost me postage so did not in the end.Very poor service

    item was ordered on 1st june putter grip, didnt get dispatch notification till 6th now the 17th no item , seller is no longer replying to messages, claims it was sent first class royal mail but the refuse to provide a tracking number , if you buy an item from this seller without a tracking number then you had better chase them up for it , now going through buyer protection for refund
