    The air conditioner was priced significantly cheaper than other retailers, however when we unpacked it was missing a remote and the velcro required for the window sealing kit. The seller informed me that the remotes were no longer supplied as they had been recalled by the manufacturer. This was a surprise as there was nothing in the description to indicate this. The Velcro strips were eventually supplied separately after messages back and forth.

    Unfortunately through no fault of the seller my item got delivered by DPD really damaged. The seller was most apologetic and more than happy to refund me half of what I paid for this item. Seller honoured the refund which is reflected in my bank account. I do not blame the seller and can't fault them. When it comes to the courier on the other hand they need to handle fragile items with a lot more consideration
