    I purchased a large amount of this flooring for my home last year and was unable to purchase 12 mm direct from the sellers website only 10mm, so I was pleased to find it on eBay with the same seller. Whilst the flooring was being laid,we noticed that 2 of the packs sent were 10mm and not 12MM as specified. Really annoying. On a positive note, the seller was really responsive when I requested they expedite the delivery . The flooring itself is high quality.

    Was not buttermilk oak. It's from eggers, this company are reinventing the name, to make it more appealing and saleable. Delivery was on an articulated truck, I live in a flat am in I'll health in my late 60s I had a 96 kilo palat with flooring on shoved into a lift on its side and was left to struggle with it myself and I'm waiting 2 knee replacements ,plus items where damaged boxes where soaking wet disgusting and disgraceful. On all accounts.
