  Item is new and as advertised. Dispatch, and subsequently delivery was delayed as item was not posted. Tracking number was given but never received at the PO. Messages regarding delay mostly remained unanswered. On ordering another item I commented on the missing item. Later that day, it was posted. (as well as the new item) other items i have purchased did not have a problem so it looks like this delay was a one off. It would have been nice to get replies to enquiries though.

  These are really solid and as described. They arrived quickly and safely packaged, although the box was larger than needed. They have a large drainage hole in the bottom. We are using them as planter liners but they're decorative enough to be used on their own. Great value.
