Didn't want to pay for delivery so we had no choice but to cancel and refund. Clearly doesn't understand how eBay works. We actually made the door for him without any payment up front. I have a screen shot to prove advert was changed from "free postage" to "collection only" as soon as I queried postage charge. He cancelled the order without any contact to discuss the delivery. If he wants to sit on a useless door that is his choice. In 20 years of eBay membership I have left two negatives including this so I don't do it lightly. I have explained my reason to him and given three days for reply or discussion which never came, so my negative stands.
