  NOT AN HONEST SELLER. Power supply sold as New Opened Box. Received it with items missing, cables, certification, test leads. The leads themselves will cost me over £100, because original quality ones are very expensive and the PSU usually comes with 2 sets. Seller unhelpful and just said that’s why it was cheap, but didn’t mention this in the sale description. Ask all questions before you buy & don’t trust the description at all

  This is a high end premium power supply. Made in the UK by a top notch company very well known world wide for their power supplies. I was able to pick this unit up in new condition (say open box) from a UK source at a fair price - much better then having to pay full ticket. These units are NOT cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. If you want the best this brand/unit pretty well fits the bill. The unit came excellently packed and very fast shipping - great service & communication.

  Super fast international shipping, and really well packaged. Appears to have everything inside in brand new condition. 👍 Seller also went out of their way to offer extra advice / support and to expedite the shipping at no extra cost.   Quick postage, good price. But device come refurbished with signs of disassembling, seller didn't tell about it in description. Charger was for EU not UK socket, seller didn't tell about it in description. Device doesn't have have torque moment that was in description

  I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product. I apologize if you noticed any signs of disassembly. We did not notice any during our checks. All our products undergo manufacturer service/testing before being sent to us to ensure they are fully operational. The charger plug was clearly shown in the photos and might have been overlooked. If the torque moment did not work as described, you had the right to return it within a month. I’m sorry you didn't contact us within that time.
