    The seller never shipped anything and had to request a refund from ebay. When confronted with the fact that there are no tracking numbers, seller retorts by saying that it would be expensive to send this item with Royal Mail tracked! Sir, this item is USD 1 on AliExpress, you are selling it on eBay for GBP 3!! Surely you make enough profit margin to send this item tracked! Avoid this seller at all costs.

    This was the rudest customer I have ever dealt with. I provided a full refund and tried to help, yet they continued to be extremely rude. I always do my best to resolve issues fairly, but sometimes it’s impossible to satisfy certain buyers.

    I want to clarify that I was not rude, but simply pointing out the reality of the situation. As a seller, you are responsible for delivering the package, and the lack of a tracking number raises valid concerns. While I appreciate the full refund, it is a buyer's right to receive one when an item is not delivered. My feedback reflects my experience and aims to encourage better practices in the future. cheers.
