    I sent you messages about you not having the right address or bank details, but you did not reply. You only sent those details once you had accepted the sale. So I contacted the seller by phone, who had sent it to Yodel, I contacted Yodel to tell them not to send it but return to seller, as they had told me once they get it they will refund me. You and your service have been atrocious and its no wonder I haven't bought from you in so long. You make it as hard as can be to contact you.
