    The courier (driver) messed up and the item was returned to sender. Seller dealt with the issues and organised immediate redelivery with excellent communication throughout. The item was fragile and relatively low value, but the packaging was fantastic so despite its road trip arrived in A1 condition exactly as described. They do not get better than this.
