DPM Performance was started in February 2006 and within a short time has become one of the most established names in the scene, offering a massive range of suspension and performance parts for all VAG vehicles.
After being let down numerous times by other retailers, the obsession to start a company that did things a little differently began. With an experienced background in the automotive world and a strong enthusiasm for everything VAG, DPM Performance was started with one thing in mind: providing you, the customer, the best service possible with quality products, when you want them and at a price that's right.

    Took quick enough to deliver, but the communication was awful. They didn’t respond quick while the car was on the lift so I sent a question mark to them to reply with one and telling me to be patient, I thought this was bad manners. They didn’t help much with the refund and also said that I had tried to fit the springs into my car. The resulted this by sending me a photo with a couple of black bits on the spring that could have happened in transport, they also only sent £55 out of the £87.

    This delightful customer ordered the wrong springs and tried to fit them which ended up causing damage to the springs. He returned them and eBay refunded accordingly. The average reply time to your messages was 7 minutes. Please to say eBay have now blocked this customer.
