This Problem is, that we Pay Using PayPal then find we get a SCAM email, NOT from eBay to pay for this item, But from a SCAMMER Demanding a Money Transfer of X amount of money? We Contact PayPal to inform them But PayPal.com Will Not Reply THIS WILL EFFECT ALL BUISNESS Using eBay if Payment Buy Pay Pal is used
