    Ordered but did not arrive on time no tracking asked what was happening told to wait longer .eventually was told can have my money back or would dispatch a fresh order after the weekend yes you guessed right delay after delay . HAD TO ASK E BAY TO STEP IN. My trees have now died due to the delays in dispatch of time sensitive vine weevil nematodes. I will never deal with this untrustworthy seller again.     Item arrived with an important part missing. After no reply from several messages I had to file an official eBay complaint. Unsurprisingly they replied, once. Made many apologies and promised the part (rubber bung) would be sent immediately. Needless to say it didn't arrive and that was the last I heard, despite severa further requests. Ebay closed the enquiry and now it appears I have no recourse. I have an item that cost nearly £20, and it's nest to useless, much like the seller.
