The USPS can be brutal with packages so Seller wrapped and boxed it in a way that could withstand any harsh handling. Item appears to be well taken care of and only flaw I could see was the nonstick starting to come off one of the kneaders. 4 hours after it arrived, I had delicious fresh-baked bread. I even happened to have Irish butter in the house—yum! Seller took good, informative photos & tested machine which allayed any fears of buying an older unit. A+++
