    Took a while to send, but received item just within time frame. Tracking of parcel would have helped to ensure safe delivery, as parcel was left on front doorstep by courier in view of street. Item is as described, and is good value for money. Good communication. No real problems here 👍👍

    This item was delivered on time and I am happy with the product. The down side was that it was left outside the front door as I was not at home due to not being notified of an estimated time of arrival. However the item was as described, well packaged and I am very pleased with it - many thanks to the seller. I would definitely use again.

    Worst seller ever. False advertising. Bought zikr ring advertised as 22mm but in fact it is 20mm and it clearly says on the box as 20mm too but seller denying straight away so arogant to admit it is 20mm. Tells me to send it back and get a refund but refuses to pay for return postage. Why should buyer have to pay postage as clearly i can buy 20mm ring for half the price on ebay. And now ignoring my message.

    Item didn’t arrive, so I contacted the seller who said it had been delivered. So I asked when and if there was a photo. Instead they said they will send another one and to close the case with Ebay (apparently I ‘MUST COMPLY’). Weirdly the item then turned up in an Amazon package, not via Royal Mail and not addressed to my name - it was a weird name similar to the one on the brushing scam packages I have received since placing my order. I did receive my order eventually, hence the neutral review
