  Io ho avuto il problema che quando ho ricevuto la seria completa in dvd di Alfred Hitchcok molti cofanetti sono arrivati rotti, ma certamente non è stata colpa del vendirore ma dei corrieri. Anzi io ho contattato il venditore che subito si è messo a disposizione per risolvermi il problema, inviandomi i cofanetti integri per sostituirli. Quindi venditore serio, gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!!

Sent me an item labeled for English, was not English, then when I tried to send it back, seller lacked giving the contact information needed for the return. eBay is having to step in to help further with the issue.
