Easylife is a perfect example of how to offer returns easily. Before ordering, I was told - if it doesn't fit properly, just return it for a complete refund, and that is what I did - with the return label they provided, and I paid for postage. It was tracked, and I when they received it, I was notified, and within 3 days, my money was refunded--in full, minus postage. A small price to pay, for absolutely first class service.
