    order26/6 no tracking offered or anything checked as awaiting as a gift said dispatched waited 9 days said would be delivered within 5 , i then had to contact seller , day later now 10 days said it appears to be missing still no tracking offered would inlike to reorder , replied yes then 2 days later again said out-of stock took them 2 days to tell me that now 16 days since order that they can not supply waiting on refund ! poor customer service no tracking available

    The order was dispatched promptly, and we kept buyer updated while it was in transit. Unfortunately, the courier confirmed the parcel was lost, and we informed the buyer as soon as this was confirmed. As we were out of stock at the time, we were unable to send a replacement and promptly issued a full refund.
