    Disappointed that communication from seller broke down after I reported that this item had been delivered without the spray nozzle. Seller stated that a spray nozzle would be sent separately. Nothing was received. I then began to pack up the item & the spray nozzle fell out of the hose coils where it had apparently been lodged. This annoying issue could easily have been resolved had the seller communicated with me. Product ended up being really useful but I would not use this seller again.

    Arrived fairly quickly, but the wrong product arrived. The seller offered a refund but for some inexplicable reason they decided to make a deduction from my money. Then communication stopped until I got eBay to intervene. I got a full refund in the end, after a bit of a drama. I am reluctantly giving them 5 stars.
