I am out of pocket with this transaction. The item(s) was advertised on e-bay with a photograph depicting the item(s) having a software disc and paper instruction booklet. The disc and booklet did not arrive. After communicating with the seller the sale price was refunded. However, for me to return the item(s), which could not be used without the software, I had to pay £9.45.
The return postage and my hidden costs were not refunded as per e-bay rules. Most unsatisfactory.
