      Item was listed as open box which I’ve understood to mean item is like new but the packaging is not original or has been opened. Item received had been used, registered in California, and defective. I did not contact the seller of the situation because I’m familiar with this device and was able to work around the defective Y1 terminal. It works but not as designed.
