  Unfortunately received Glass shade broken due to very poor packaging. Sending glass in a Jiffy bag with no handle with care glass and fragile label attached could only result in content being broken. no blame could be blamed on any delivery company for that reason. Company was notified and noticed new ones had a price increase so not surprised would not replace. Thankfully E-bay’s refund policy thankfully intervened and I received the refund promptly.
