    After a problem at my click and collect store I received my order. The seller had dealt with my order very promptly and it arrived extremely well packaged. The seller responded to my enquiries extremely quickly when my order had not appeared to have arrived at the click and collect store and was in no way responsible for the problem. The items ordered were exactly as promised and I would not hesitate to use this seller again in the future. Thank you for your help!

    Item arrived in a soft envelope and due to this the suncream had exploded inside. I contacted the seller who confirmed a full refund if I sent back the items. Returned the items and the seller went radio silent so neither so I have the items or a refund. EBay haven’t helped in this matter either. I would stay away from this seller!!!!
