    The item arrived quickly, the price was reasonable. The plastic container, which is part of the product was damaged on arrival. One of the dye tube has spilled some of the dye into the box from a loose cap. On closer inspection, another dye bottle has split. I have contacted the seller for replacement dye, to no avail. I have offered to receive partial refund which will contribute to buying replacement dye else where, also no response.

    I have specifically ordered this item because of time the seller claims it will arrive. Item was not posted and nothing was communicated. Ordinarily this is negative feedback but I will not do so as I am top rated seller on Ebay myself and leaving negative feedback takes a while to get it to 100% feedback again. Once I have asked the seller where the item is I just got a refund with zero explanation. rubbish way of doing things - considering I needed this key asap. Either way rubbish service
