From what I am reading it's sustainably harvested, very low acidity, and I like the 3L boxes as 5L might get rancid over time due to longer time of use. I am using 3 litres within 3-5 weeks and it surely won't become rancid. Pricey but hey, it is what it is. Will use for some more time until I perhaps one day find a most cost efficient one with the same standards, but I guess that will be hard to find. :-)
