What can I say? Seamless from start to finish, have been kept informed of progress every step of the way. The delivery man phoned me when he was half an hour away and arrived right on time. After contacting Electrical-Deals regarding this they responded at the earliest opportunity to arrange collection of the damaged one and delivery of a replacement item the next day.
