    I ordered this part a few days ago, it wasn't tracked, just standard postage, it hadn't arrived after 8 days so I contacted Electrosizzler to inform him. He responded very quickly and apologised and said he'll send another out immediately. He was true to his word, it arrived two days later, a brand new Genuine Phillips adjuster.
