The door arrived damaged, the matter was explained to the seller with photos of the damage to the door and packing box, They initially offered 50% discount and for me to keep the door. Who wants a damaged door? I have asked for a refund and for them to collect the damaged door. So far they have refused. Not really customer oriented.
