    Problem was with the carrier…although packaging could have been better??….arrived in a terribly sad state with no compost….contacted seller who cancelled entire payment….He , unfortunately, was not able to replace plant….I was entirely satisfied with seller…just a pity as I really wanted the plant to add to a collection..

    lovely healthy plant, I would only make one suggestion to the seller to mark the parcels with a label, to request for it to be handled with care, as the plants wrapped up in newspaper in a cardboard box does not give them much protection. My plants luckily arrived in good shape. I also understand that giving them more protective packaging would make the postage more expensive. £6.25 appears expensive for posting but this was combined postage for 3 plants, so actually very reasonable
