    Just what I wanted to replace lost studs on the underside of a tiled tea-tray! Now hammered in place and doing the job perfectly. The nails were despatched promptly, but hadn't been delivered after more than 10 days. Seller contacted; immediately sent another pack. The first pack eventually arrived 14 days after posting, the second after eight days. Excellent communication and customer service. Seller let down by Royal Mail's shockingly bad "service".

    I did not receive item on first purchase I sent an email to the seller and they kindly sent me another for free I then did not receive the next item they sent so requested a refund only to find out a couple of weeks later royal mail had delivered to the wrong address which I have now received.
