  Shipping and packaging - good As described - not ok (shows M but the shirt is tiny and measures 14” across the shoulders which falls into the XS category. Totally unwearable! I contacted the Seller who did apologize and agreed to refund but no mention of paying shipping fees of return. So I refuse to return to pay an additional cost for the Seller to resell and I will only get the price of item returned minus the original shipping. Will never use this Seller again - please take note.

  The books weren't new as described. The books were in good shape, but they weren't new. I was disappointed when I received them because someone had written their name and book number or month and year they received the books. These books are going to be a birthday and Christmas present for my daughter. They still will be, but clearly they're used and have been read before. The name in the front of the book should have been stated on the listing. The books not packaged well when they were shipped
