  The product was as described and good condition in original packaging. However took 2 weeks to despatch, no correspondence. I am afraid I also take offence by the letter inside the package "please leave positive feedback and I will do the same for you." How can you leave anything but positive feedback I paid the moment I ordered the item and let it be that it took 10 days to post out. If it hadn't been for these two factors it would have been positive as the product was very good.

  Today's date is 18th September, if I had taken two weeks to dispatch this item , I wouldn't even have posted it out yet. You have left me neutral feedback, which is leaving something other than positive feedback, so this comment makes no sense. Item was dispatched on 10th Sept, which is within the 3 days I have as my dispatch time, as you paid on 7th Sept.
