This had been vacuum packed which was very helpful. We unpacked the mattress and left it for 24 hours before being used and can confirm this is very comfortable. Communication could be improved, delivery was a week earlier than estimated and had been informed that it would arrive on Monday but was left on our doorstep while out Saturday morning and had no communication about this change.

Initially, I had my doubts because it felt much less firm in the shop, but it turned out to be just right. However, there’s one issue: the top layer, which was supposed to be new, arrived with a pull in it, raising questions about the renewal process. Since it was vacuum-packed, it can't be a transport issue. When I reached out to the seller, they claimed they would arrange for a new mattress and pick up the old one. Yet, a month has passed, and no updates.
